This policy explains how Rambaba Ayurvedic (“we”) handles your personal information when you use this website or buy from us.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, mobile number and delivery address, and the products you order.
- Reviews: the name, rating and text you submit, and any audio you choose to upload.
- Support messages: what you send us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- Technical information: your chosen language, kept in a cookie; a cookie that lets this browser show your order confirmation for one hour; and your shopping bag, kept in your own browser’s storage.
How we use it
- To confirm, deliver and support your orders, including returns and refunds.
- To contact you about your order.
- To publish reviews you’ve agreed to share, after moderation.
- To keep the records that tax and consumer law require.
- To protect the store from fraud and abuse.
Analytics
When analytics is switched on, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed. Google Analytics sets its own cookies. It doesn’t receive your name, address or order details from us.
Who we share it with
We share only what’s needed: delivery details with courier partners, and payment details with payment providers when online payment is available. We don’t sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Other information is kept only as long as it’s needed for the purposes above.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent for a published review, by contacting us. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires it.
