Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched. Contact us with your order reference. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return.

Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for products that are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used health and personal-care products can’t be returned, unless the product was damaged, defective, expired on arrival or not what you ordered.

Damaged, defective or wrong products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, expired or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery charge you paid.

How to request a return

Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email with your order reference and the reason for the return.
We’ll confirm whether the product is eligible and how to send it back.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll confirm the refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid to the bank account or UPI ID you give us. We confirm the refund amount and the expected timeline when we approve your return. For returns that aren’t due to our error, the original delivery charge isn’t refunded.
