Where we deliver
We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India. If we can’t deliver to your address, we’ll contact you before dispatch and cancel the order at no cost to you.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 or more. Orders below that carry a delivery charge of ₹80. The charge is shown in your bag and at checkout before you place the order.
Order confirmation and dispatch
After you place an order, our team confirms availability and delivery details with you by phone, WhatsApp or email, then dispatches the order.
Delivery time
Most serviceable locations receive orders within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas, holidays and courier delays can add time.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we share the courier and tracking details with you. You can also contact us with your order reference at any time.
Payment on delivery
For cash on delivery orders, please keep the order amount ready. Refusing a cash on delivery order without a valid reason may lead us to decline cash on delivery for future orders.
Damaged or wrong items
If your parcel arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us with your order reference and photos as soon as possible. See our returns and refunds policy.
